Loved swimming in the small and freezing pools, sweating in the overcrowded saunas, and feeling rewarded with mediocre food in the regional restaurant. Great location by the noisy river, with adventurous mountain biking and some culture at the castle. Such a relaxing spa experience!

Who needs warm pools and a pleasant sauna atmosphere anyway? The hotel knows best that rules in the saunas are absolutely necessary and that a hot and stuffy room adjacent to a chimney is every guest's dream.

We loved this hotel! The location near the river was perfect for us. The hotel facilities were fantastic, with indoor and outdoor playgrounds for kids and a nice deck overlooking the river. The parking was plentiful and easy to use, which made things simple for us. We also found the staff to be incredibly friendly and helpful.

I recently stayed at the colourful Hotel Piwniczna Spa&Conference for the second time and had another excellent experience. The highlight was the restaurant with its delicious traditional Polish dishes. The pool and spa facilities were fantastic, especially the special sauna sessions. The hotel's location alongside the Poprad river is beautiful, and the sheep theme throughout is fun and playful. The rooms are comfortable and some have balconies with river views. The staff were attentive and discreet, and the relaxation spa centrum in the piwnica is highly recommended.

The guestrooms at Hotel Piwniczna Spa & Conference are really comfy, with super cozy beds and awesome air conditioning. It's the perfect place to unwind after a long day of exploring!

Personally, I wasn't a big fan of the seating area in some of the rooms. It just didn't feel as cozy to me as the rest of the space.

Located on a charming cobblestone road alongside a river. Playful sheep-themed decor throughout. Brightly lit passages and comfortable rooms, some with balconies overlooking the river. Relaxation spa centrum in the basement.

the spacious rooms and comfortable bedding made for a good night's rest, while the large bathtubs provided a relaxing experience. the spa facilities were outstanding, and the deck chairs along the balcony and on the grass overlooking the river created a peaceful atmosphere.

The overall service, as the restaurant staff was not very welcoming.

The spa facilities offered at the hotel were great! the massages we got were a highlight of the trip. the location of the hotel was perfect - right by the river and with a beautiful forest surrounding it.

Our experience was dampened by a few negative aspects. the room we were given had a tiny bed and there was no storage space whatsoever, which made our Xmas stay a bit uncomfortable.
